1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the
provision contained under Section 33 sub clause 4 of Gram
Nyayalay Adhiniyam, against the judgment of the appellate
Court, he wants to file a writ petition and therefore, seeks
withdrawal of the instant revision petition. The prayer seems
to be genuine.
2. The petitioner is given liberty to prefer a writ petition
challenging the orders which have been assailed herein this
petition. The revision petition is disposed of in above terms.
However, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case,

it is deemed appropriate to direct that the certified copy of
the judgment of the trial Court as well as the appellate Court
be given back to learned counsel Shri K.V. Vyas upon
supplying a legible xerox copy of the same which shall be
taken on record.
