HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL

Judgment / Order

17/08/2023

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful

disobedience of the interim order dated 27.04.2013 passed by this

Court whereby, the respondents were directed to revise the

subsistence allowance in accordance with rules and the petitioner

was permitted to withdraw the amount from his OD account.

Inviting attention of this Court towards the documents

(Annexures-R/6 to R/10) appended with the reply filed him,

learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of

the interim order of this Court, the petitioner was paid benefits of

revised subsistence allowance. He, therefore, prays for dismissal

of the contempt petition.

[2023:RJ-JP:18077] (2 of 2) [CCP-1110/2013]

None for the petitioner even in the second round.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondent, contents of the reply and the

documents appended therewith, this Court is satisfied that there

has been substantial compliance of the interim order dated

27.04.2013.

Resultanly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

The notices are discharged.
