No(s). 37437/2022 whereby, operation of the order, contempt

whereof is alleged, has been stayed, learned counsel for the

petitioner wants to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to

get it revived if the need so arises.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the

aforesaid prayer.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

The pending application no.1/2023 also stands disposed of.
