1. Counsel for the petitioner instead of arguing on merits of the

case, submits that the Board of Revenue may be directed to

decide the appeal expeditiously.

2. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances

of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner, this Court feels that the ends of Justice would meet

when the Board of Revenue is directed to decide the appeal within

some time.

3. Therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with the

directions to the Board of Revenue to decide the appeal

No.4186/2021 pending before it, expeditiously and preferably

within a period of three months from the date of production of

certified copy of this order.

4. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the say

application and all other pending application/s, if any, also stands

disposed of.
