1. On 20.03.2020, the following interim order was passed:-

"Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application

also, returnable on 09.04.2020.

In the meanwhile and till the next date of

hearing, the respondents are directed to keep one post of Physical Training Instructor Grade-III vacant in TSP area for the petitioner, if not already filled."

2. Mr. Sarwan Kumar associate of Mr. Hemant Choudhary,

learned counsel for the respondent- State fairly submits that the

issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by

adjudication made vide judgment dated 24.09.2019, in the case of

Twinkle Bhatt Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.12224/2019).

3. This being the position, interim order dated 20.03.2020, is

made absolute; the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

4. Needful be done within a period of three months from today.

5. Stay applications also stand disposed of.
