Mr. Mukesh Rajpurohit, learned Dy.S.G. appearing on behalf

of the Union of India has submitted that the Central Administrative

Tribunal, Jodhpur Bench, Jodhpur has allowed the Original

Application filed on behalf of the respondents in terms of the order

dated 17.11.2016 passed by the Principal Bench of this Tribunal in

Original Application No.749/2015 (Shri Vinod Kumar

Saxena & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.) and two other

connected matters. It is submitted that the judgment dated

17.11.2016 passed by the Principal Bench of this Tribunal is

challenged by the Union of India before the High Court of Delhi at

New Delhi and the High Court of Delhi in Union of India & Ors.

Vs. Sh. Ravinder Singh & Ors. [W.P. (C) No.835/2018] was

pleased to issue notice to the respondents on 17.03.2023.

In view of the above, let notices be issued to all the

respondents of all the present writ petitions, returnable within a

period of six weeks.
