1. Mr. Sarwan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-

State fairly submits that the issue involved in the present writ

petition is covered by adjudication made vide judgment dated

24.09.2019 in the case of Twinkle Bhatt Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition No.12224/2019).

2. It is also submitted that the State has accepted the position

and provided posting to the petitioner in TSP area.

3. This being the position, the writ petition stands disposed of on

the basis of the statement given by the State that the petitioner

shall be provided posting in TSP Area.

4. The respondents are directed to give suitable posting to the

petitioner in TSP area (if not already given) within eight weeks

from today.

5. All interlocutory applications so also the stay application stand

disposed of.
