Appellants-claimants have preferred this appeal for

enhancement of compensation in respect of death of Sh. Ramji

Lal. The tribunal vide judgment and award dated 19.07.2018,

passed the award to tune of Rs.4,73,200/- along with interest.

There is delay of 102 days in filing the appeal and therefore,

a separate application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has

been filed.

Considered the nature of appeal and reasons assigned for

delay supported with affidavit, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, application filed under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act, stands allowed.

Heard on the appeal.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, since respondent No.1 has

already passed away.

Record of tribunal be summoned.
