HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 13/09/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that
judgment dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Rajasthan State
Information Commission, Jaipur is in violation of the provisions of
Section 19(4) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Issue notice of writ petition as well as of stay application
confined to respondent no.3. Rule is made returnable by five
weeks. Notices be filed in two sets. One set of notices be sent
through registered post with acknowledgment due. Steps to be
taken within a week.
Heard learned counsel on interim relief.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by him
and the material on record, this Court deems it just and proper to
stay the operation of the judgment dated 12.03.2022 passed by
the Rajasthan State Information Commission, Jaipur, till further
orders.
