Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are

residing on the subject land for last about 40-50 years raising

construction of their Pucca houses with electricity connection. He

submits that the petitioners have no land except the land under

their possession. He submits that vide judgment dated

06.09.2022, the Sub-Tehsildar, Singhana, District Jhunjhunu has

issued direction for their dispossession whereas, as per various

circulars issued by the State Government from time to time such

as 27.12.2021, the petitioners are entitled for regularization of

their old possession even on the Charagah land. Learned counsel

submits that the petitioners have already applied for regularization

of their possession over the subject land with the authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply a

copy of the writ petitions in the office of Mr. Akshay Sharma,

learned Additional Government Counsel, during course of the day.

                                         List   these   matters        along    with     SB         Civil   Writ   Petition

No.5711/2022 after showing name of Mr. Akshay Sharma, AGC in

the cause list as counsel for the respondents.

Heard learned counsel on interim relief.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by him

and the material on record, this Court deems it just and proper to

restrain the respondents for interfering with use and occupation of

the subject land by the petitioners, till further orders.
