Order

17/10/2022 Although, the matter comes up on an application (1/2022)

filed by the respondent no.2 for vacation of interim order of this

Court dated 07.05.2022; but, this writ petition is being disposed

of in following terms as agreed and requested by the learned

counsels for the respective parties:

1. The direction no.3 issued by the Appellate Authority, Jaipur

Development Authority vide judgment impugned dated

19.04.2022 is quashed and set aside.

2. The respondent-Jaipur Development Authority shall pass a

reasoned order after affording the petitioners as also respondent

no.2 a reasonable opportunity of hearing after grating them an

opportunity of filing their reply/objection to its proposed action in

terms of directions no.1 and 2 in the judgment dated 19.04.2022.

The pending application also stands disposed of accordingly.
