For Appellant(s) : Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma Advocate.

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR. MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Judgment / Order 11/10/2022

Heard.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant

would submit that the appellant at least should be allowed to take

appropriate remedy to redress his grievance against unjustified and

illegal removal from employment.

Without disturbing the impugned order, which has been passed

by the learned Single Judge, we would grant liberty to the

appellant to approach the Labour Court for seeking appropriate relief

by way of reference against alleged illegal termination of his services

by the private employer.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
