For the reason stated in the application, the same is allowed.

In the judgment dated 28.09.2022 passed in S.B. Civil

Second Appeal No.12/2008, it may also be read that the

impugned judgment and decree dated 11.10.2007 passed by

Additional District Judge, Raisinghnagar District Sri Ganganagar is

hereby quashed and set aside and, accordingly, registry is directed

to draw the decree parcha.
