This first appeal has been filed by appellant-plaintiff assailing

the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2021 passed in Civil Suit

No.9/2014 by the Court of Additional District Judge

Sawaimadhopur whereby and whereunder the suit filed by

appellant-plaintiff for cancellation of release deed dated

23.12.2010 and permanent injunction has been dismissed.

Heard.

Admit.

Counsel for appellant is directed to serve copy of appeal on

the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1.

Counsel for respondent may file reply to the stay application.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.1 is restrained not to

further alienate the suit property.
