1. Matter comes up on a letter (11584/2022) received from the

Central Jail, Jaipur, wherein, it is prayed by appellant No.2-Manoj

Pratap Singh that his case be taken up for early hearing.

2. We have perused the letter.

3. Matter pertains to offence committed in the year 2019 and

the judgment of the Court below is dated 10.01.2020, hence,

there is no reason for entertaining the said letter.

4. Letter seeking early hearing of the case is accordingly

disposed of.

5. Information be sent to the appellant No.2-Manoj Pratap

Singh through jail.
