Instant first appeal has been filed by appellant-plaintiffs

feeling aggrieved by dismissal of their civil suit for specific

performance of agreement dated 21.01.2006 and cancellation of

subsequent registered sale deed dated 17.07.2013 vide impugned

judgment and decree dated 13.10.2022 passed by Judge Family

Court, Dausa in Civil Suit No.06/2018 (14/2018).

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Record be summoned.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.2-Ramotar Banshiwal is

restrained not to further sell the suit property.
