Rajasthan Pharmacy Council.

The present petition has been filed with two prayers firstly,

for a direction to the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council to register the

petitioner as Pharmacist and secondly, for a direction to the

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board to not to debar the petitioners in

the recruitment process under taken in pursuance to the

advertisements dated 13.08.2018 & 05.12.2019.

Counsel for the respondent-Staff Selection Board submits

that the recruitment process under taken in pursuance to the

above mentioned advertisements has been cancelled by the

respondent-department and a fresh notification of the same had

been released on 13.11.2020.

In view of the submission made, the second prayer of the

petitioners has rendered infructuous and the writ petition is

therefore dismissed so far as the second relief is concerned.

Regarding the first prayer, counsel for the petitioners submits

that the controversy in question is covered by the judgment

passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13906/2000; Vivek

Vijayvargiya Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (decided on

10.03.2022).

Ms. Mathur prays for time to complete her instructions.

Time prayed for is granted.
