Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in

SBCWP No.5560/2022 involving identical issue, this Court while

issuing notices to the respondents has passed the interim order.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay petition as well, returnable

within a period of six weeks.

In the meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated

14.04.2022 (Annex.-15) shall remain stayed.
