This writ petition is filed by the petitioner essentially being
aggrieved with the order dated 30.08.2019 passed by the
Tehsildar, Bhopalgarh, District Jodhpur while exercising powers
under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (for
short 'the Act of 1956).
This Court is of the opinion that the order impugned is
appealable under the provisions of the Act of 1956, therefore, no
interference in this writ petition is called for, hence, this writ
petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioner is free to file appeal along with the
application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act with a prayer to
condone the delay in filing the appeal before the appellate
authority. If any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a

period of ten days along with application under Section 5 of the
Limitation Act, it is expected that the appellate authority shall
consider the application for condonation of delay sympathetically
and thereafter to consider the appeal.
