After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he wants to withdraw this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioner to move a fresh application before the concerned

authority for issuing license to run blood bank.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty sought for.

If any such application is filed by the petitioner within a

period of four weeks, it is expected that the concerned authority

shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law

expeditiously within two months thereafter.
