Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the

order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.15298/2016 has already been complied with and the petitioner

has been granted selection grade and fixation of his pay-scale has

already been done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

aforesaid order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

He, therefore, prays for some time to file counter to the reply of

the State Government.

Time prayed for is granted.

List the matter on 14.07.2022.
