The only prayer in the present petition is to inspect the

petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for granting

(2 of 2) [CW-5378/2022]

permission to establish Nursing College for B.Sc. (N) course &

GNM course.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to

dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondents to

inspect the petitioner-Institute after the requisite formalities are

completed by the petitioner, and pass appropriate order preferably

within a period of three months from today strictly in accordance

with law.

Ordered accordingly.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
