The corpus, Mst. 'S', has been produced in the Court by Mr.

Vishal, Head Constable, Police Station Shergarh. Her date of birth

is 25.06.2002.

We conferred with her 'in camera'. With full confidence and

composure, she stated that she is staying at Pune with respondent

No.4, Indra Ram, and is working in a garment workshop. She was

allowed to meet the petitioner herein for a significant period of

time. Manifestly, the corpus is not illegally confined.

Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is

discharged.
