Drawing attention of this Court towards the order sheets,
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment and
decree dated 07.12.2015 was passed by the Court of Sub-
Divisional Officer, Nadauti, District Karauli ex-parte against him
without service of notice. He submits that despite raising specific
objection in this regard before the Revenue Appellate Authority
and the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer in the first and
second appeal respectively, the same was not taken into
consideration.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 22/ caveator did not
dispute the aforesaid factual position.
Issue notice. Rule is made returnable by four weeks.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties on interim relief.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the material on record, this

Court deems it just and proper to direct the parties to maintain
status qua subject land, till further orders.
