Having heard learned counsel for both parties, this second

appeal requires consideration.

The appeal is admitted on following substantial question of

law:-

"Whether both courts below have committed illegality and perversity in declaring the will dated 27.06.1994 as null and void, treating the suit property belonging to Hindu Undivided Family?"

Having considered facts and circumstances of the case,

without staying the operation of impugned judgment and decree,

this Court directs that both parties shall maintain status quo as to

alienation and possession of suit property, as it exists today.

With aforesaid directions, stay application stands disposed of.

Record has already been received.
