The petitioner, by way of this contempt petition, alleged that
the consequential benefits for the period from 10.07.2000 to 31 st
May, 2015 have not been paid, hence, respondents are guilty for
non-compliance of the judgment dated 06.01.2015.
After issuance of notice, respondents have filed reply and
submits that the compliance has already been made.
Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the
compliance and submits that he does not want to pursue the
contempt petition further.

In view of above, the contempt petition is dismissed as not
press. Notices of contempt petition stands discharged.
Any other pending application(s), if any, also stand(s)
disposed of.
