Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the

judgment passed by Principal Seat at Jodhpur in the case of

Vinod Sharma Versus Shanti Devi & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.1936/2022), decided vide its order dated

21.02.2022 whereby powers of District Magistrate as well as Sub

Divisional Magistrate are discussed for passing an order of

eviction.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that some time

may be granted to prepare with the case law and will also, inform

this Court of possibility of offering rented premise to the petitioner

by paying necessary rent.

List on 29.03.2022.

Till then, interim order if any, to continue.
