judgment and decree dated 29.04.2019 passed by the Additional

District Judge No.4, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur in civil suit

No.68/2003 whereby suit for partition and permanent injunction

has been decreed.

Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondents, no

need to issue notices.

Record has already been received.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, both parties are

directed to maintain status quo as it exists today in relation

property in question.
