06/06/2022 Shri M.A. Siddiqui, learned GA-cum-AAG has submitted the factual report on record as per which, the police team is stationed in Gujarat in an endeavour to trace out the corpus. He submits that some more time is required to present the girl in the Court. Shri Siddiqui further submits that Superintendent of Police, Rajsamand is personally supervising the investigation of the case. The efforts to trace out and present the corpus in the Court shall be intensified. Shri Siddiqui shall ensure that the girl is presented in the Court within next ten days.

List after ten days.

In case, the corpus is traced out at an early date, learned GA-cum-AAG may seek permission to get the case listed earlier.
