Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue in

the present writ petition stands covered by the Division Bench

judgment of this Court in the case of D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.837/2019 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. v. Satya Dev

Bhagaur & Ors.) decided on 13.08.2019. Learned counsel

further submits that the said Division Bench judgment has also

been affirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the

above submissions.

In view of the submissions made and in view of Satya Dev

Bhagaur's case (supra), the present writ petition is dismissed.

All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
