sentenced as below vide judgment dated 17.11.2018 passed by

the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act and National Commission

for Protection of Child Rights, No.1, Sri Ganganagar in Sessions

Case No.203/2018 (C.I.S. No.194/2018):

The first application for suspension of sentences (389/2019)

was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2019 after

considering the merits of the case. No change in circumstances

has occasioned thereafter. Thus, the instant second application for

suspension of sentences is rejected as being of merit.

The appeal be listed for hearing in the appropriate order of

priority.
