some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioners to file a detailed representation

along with the supporting documents before the Investigating

Officer.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.
