Learned AAG submits that a response to the writ petition has
been filed in CWP No.7799/2020, wherein, the State has indicated
the status of recruitment indicating the posts reserved and total
number of applications received.
It is inter alia indicated that on three posts i.e. Teacher Gr.III
(Level-II) TSP area (English), Teacher Gr.III (Level-II) TSP area
(Science & Maths) and Teacher Gr.II (Level-I) TSP area, the posts
are still vacant.
Learned counsel further submits that the issue raised in the
present petition is now covered by judgment in Ranu Pandya &
Anr. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition
21060/2018, decided on 9.12.2021 at Jaipur Bench.
Learned AAG prays for time to make submissions that in
case the relaxation as available to physically challenged
candidates in terms of judgment in the case of Ranu Pandya
(supra) is granted; whether on the three posts where there are

still vacancies, candidates would become eligible, who might have
been found ineligible on account of eligibility requirements without
relaxation.
Needful may be done before the next date.
List the petitions on 2.2.2022.
Office is directed to delete the name of Mr. Akhilesh
Rajpurohit as counsel appearing for the respondents from the
cause list.
