Order

25/01/2022 This appeal has been filed by Insurance Company against

award dated 08.09.2021 passed by MACT, Sawai Madhopur in

claim case No.95/2019 whereby compensation of Rs.28,010/- has

been awarded in favour of claimant.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that two claim

petitions were decided by a common judgment dated 08.09.2021

and in relation to other claim petition, appeal No.1977/2021 has

already been admitted for hearing by this Court vide order dated

18.01.2022.

In view of above, appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable within twelve weeks.

In present claim petition, the Tribunal passed an award of

Rs.28,010/- along with interest, out of which Insurance Company

has deposited Rs.14,005/- vide cheque No.012299 dated

20.10.2021 before filing of appeal. Insurance Company shall

deposit remaining amount of compensation within a period of four

(2 of 2) [CMA-1887/2021]

weeks. After deposition of amount, whole compensation shall be

disbursed to claimants subject to decision of appeal.

Accordingly, stay application stand disposed of.
