28/01/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner, a contractual employee

through placement agency, submits that his services have been

terminated by the respondents vide order impugned dated

29.06.2021 on the ground of misconduct which is bad in law as no

inquiry was conducted prior thereto. He relies upon a co-ordinate

Bench judgment of this Court dated 01.10.2018 passed in SBCWP

No.20036/2017, Devendra Soni & Anr. Vs. The State of Rajasthan

& Ors. in support of his submission.

Issue notice of writ as well as of stay application. Rule is

made returnable by three weeks. Notices be given 'dasti'.
