This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated

13.11.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhilwara (for

short 'the trial court') in case No.5000/2018, whereby the trial

court has framed charges against the petitioner for the offence

under Section 500, 506, 506(ii) and 507 IPC.

This Court is of the opinion that against the order of framing

charge by the trial court, the petitioner has an alternate and

efficacious remedy of filing revision petition under Section 397

Cr.P.C. before the concerned Sessions Judge.

In view of the fact that when the petitioner has an alternate

and efficacious remedy of filing revision petition before the

concerned Sessions Judge, no case for interference in this criminal

misc. petition is made out and the same is hereby dismissed.
