This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of

the FIR No.93/2019 of Police Station Pur, Distt. Bhilwara.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

dated 22.02.2022, wherein it is mentioned that the police after

thorough investigation into the impugned FIR have already filed

negative final report in the matter.

In view of the fact that the police have already concluded

investigation in the matter and filed negative final report before

the concerned court, no further order is required to be passed in

this criminal misc. petition, which is dismissed as such.

The factual report dated 22.02.2022 submitted by the

learned Public Prosecutor be taken on record.
