The petitioner/applicants has preferred the instant writ misc.

application seeking correction in the order dated 09.02.2022

passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14379/2021.

It is pointed out that in the operative portion, the Court had

directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent

Corporation for the purpose of document verification on

04.03.2021, which is apparently a typographical mistake,

inasmuch as the date should have been 04.03.2022.

In view of submissions made, the application is allowed. The

operative portion of the judgment dated 09.02.2022 shall read as

under: -

"The petitioner shall appear before the

respondent - Corporation for the purpose of document

verification on 04.03.2022"
