This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer to issue directions

to the police authorities to conduct fair and impartial investigation

in the FIR No.0170/2021 registered at Police Station Anadra,

District Sirohi.

It is noticed that the petitioner has already moved an

application before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirohi for fair and

impartial investigation in the matter.

In view of the fact that when the petitioner has already filed

an application for fair and impartial investigation before the

Judicial Magistrate, Sirohi, I do not find any case for interference

in this criminal misc. petition, however, the Judicial Magistrate,

Sirohi is expected to consider the application filed by the petitioner

for fair and impartial investigation in the matter and, thereafter,

proceed further strictly in accordance with law.

The criminal misc. petition is dismissed accordingly.

Stay petition is also dismissed.

The factual reports submitted by the learned Public

Prosecutor are taken on record.
