This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.501/2019 of

Police Station Shastrinagar, District Jodhpur City West.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation into the impugned FIR have proposed to file a

negative final report before the court concerned.

In view of the fact that the police have proposed to file a

negative final report in the matter, no further order is required to

be passed in this criminal misc. petition.

Hence, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed.

It is made clear that if the complainant is aggrieved with the

final report submitted by the Police, he is free to avail appropriate

remedy available to him under the law.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor
