HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Judgment / Order 07/02/2022
In this petition, the petitioner is praying for default bail in
connection with the FIR No. 115/2021 of Police Station Chitawa,
District Nagaur, wherein the police have filed charge-sheet against
the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)
(n) and 406 of IPC.
The applications filed by the petitioner before the trial court
as well as the revisional court with a prayer for releasing him on
default bail have been dismissed.
In view of the fact that charge-sheet has been filed against
the petitioner for offence of sexual assault, the petitioner is
directed to implead the complainant as a party respondent in this
petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted
two days' time to move an appropriate application for impleading
the complainant as a party respondent in this petition.
List the matter on 10.02.2022.
