Learned counsel for the revenue would fairly submit that the

issue raised in this petition is no longer res-integra and concluded

vide order dated 21.01.2022 passed in D.B. Sales Tax

Revision/Reference No. 85/2021(Assistant Commissioner,

Commercial Taxes Officer Vs. Pawan Bansal).

Having gone through the order dated 21.01.2022 as referred

to above, we do not find any substantial question of law arising for

consideration in this petition.

Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed.
