Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner secured
higher marks than the cut-off marks advertised by respondents
vide order dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure-5). Further, respondents
have confined the selection to the candidates of District Ajmer
which is arbitrary and discriminatory. Reliance has been placed on
the judgment of Kailash Chand Sharma vs. State of
Rajasthan [2002 (6) SCC 562].
Counsel for respondents seeks time to file reply to the writ
petition.
In the meanwhile, one post of Nursing Grade-II qua the
advertisement dated 02.09.2022 shall be kept vacant.
