1. Mr. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the issue involved in the present writ petition is exactly identical to

the one involved in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11246/2021 : Saloni

(2 of 2) [CW-17013/2022]

Institute of Medical Sciences Vs. The State of Raj. & Ors., wherein

the Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim order on

05.10.2021, while issuing notices.

2. Hence, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

3. Mr. Anupam Gopal Vyas for Mr. Anil Kumar Gaur, learned

Additional Advocate General is directed to accept notice on behalf

of respondents.

4. Mr. Vyas prays for and is granted a week's time to file reply.

5. List this case on 10.01.2023.

6. Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to provisionally
