The appeal has already been admitted.

Heard on the stay application.

The impugned decree is in the nature of specific performance

whereunder the trial court has directed the appellant to execute

the registered sale deed and hand over the possession of the

property in question.

Considering the nature of decree and the issue involved in

the first appeal, during pendency of the first appeal the execution

of impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed with

further direction that both parties shall maintain status quo in

relation to the property in question, as it exists today.

Stay application stands disposed of.
