Learned Public Prosecutor has informed this Court
that during the course of investigation into the missing
person report lodged by the wife of the corpus, the police
(2 of 2) [HC-222/2022]
has concluded that the corpus is murdered by his wife
and dead body of the corpus has already been recovered.
In view of the fact that the corpus has already
expired, nothing survives in this habeas corpus petition.
Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
