1. Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, relied upon

the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of P.

Mohanraj & Ors. Vs. Shah Brothers Ispat Private Limited

[(2021) 6 SCC 258] and submits that in an identical matter,

Jaipur Bench of this Court has granted interim order while issuing

notices.

2. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

3. Meanwhile, further proceedings in NI Case No.1108/2021,

pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Sujangarh, Churu in the matter of Radheshyam Vs. Sanjay shall

remain stayed.
