S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3836/2022 Narendra Singh Rathore
----Petitioner Versus The State Of Rajasthan
----Respondent
For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Abhishek Mirdha. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Tarun Joshi (through VC) Mr. Vikram Singh.
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI Order 04/08/2022
After learned counsel for the petitioner made submissions
pertaining to 3 questions indicated at pages 22, 42 and 87 of the
paper-book, wherein, apparently qua question at page 42
pertaining to General English while the petitioner has been
awarded zero marks, other candidates who have given exactly
same answer, have been awarded one mark and qua the question
pertaining to subject Hindi at page 22, learned counsel for the
RPSC prays for time to complete his instructions in the matter and
also produce the implication, in case, the petitioner is awarded
1 mark / 1.5 mark.
This is without prejudice to the submissions made by RPSC
that this aspect cannot be gone into by the Court though learned
counsel for the petitioner with reference to judgment in Ranvijay
Singh v. State of U.P.: (2018) 2 SCC 357, has made submissions
that the same can be looked into by the Court.
List the petition on 22.8.2022.
