The matter comes up for consideration of application

(01/22) preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking

modification/correction in the interim order dated

4.4.2022 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.4596/2022.

(2 of 2) [CW-4596/2022]

For the reasons averred in the aforesaid application,

the same is allowed and it is directed that now Para 4 of

the interim order dated 4.4.2022 passed by this Court in

SBCWP No.4596/2022 shall be read as under :

"In view of the fact that the matter of granting NOC to the petitioner-Institution is pending with the State Government since October 2021 and counsel for the respondent- State is not in a position to apprise the Court that as to when the final decision in respect of the NOC to the petitioner-Inspection would be taken, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner-Institution to take part in the counseling of BSC Nursing Course for the academic session 2021-22 provisionally for intake capacity of 60 seats."

Ordered accordingly.
