On 10.12.2021, Mr. Manish Vyas, AAG has submitted before

this Court that the State will make all endeavours to comply with

the order as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Mr. Manish Vyas, AAG seeks ten weeks' further time to

comply with the order passed by this Court as well as of the

Hon'ble Supreme Court.

These contempt petitions are pending since 2016 and till

date, the respondents have not complied with the directions given

by this Court.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, list

these matters on 05.05.2022.

By the next date of hearing, if the compliance of this Court's

order has not been made, the Commissioner, College Education,

Education Department, Jaipur shall personally remain present

before this Court on 05.05.2022.
